1995. The Corporation des maîtres mécaniciens en tuyauterie du Québec ‘s Design Forum awards the first prize to LMI for their one-way check valve and universal adapter.
More than 10 years have gone by. Nevertheless, that innovation is still renowned and celebrated in houses.

And for good reason! Its use results in major energy savings. Major enemy of outside air infiltrations, the one-way check valve outshines other market valves. Why? It is at the top of the very select list of those ensuring the lowest heating (energy) load due to air leakage.
