Minimum order value and delivery fees
Please contact our team to obtain information regarding the minimum amount required for the issuance of a purchase order. Catalogue weights are approximate and for guidance only. Additional charges for packaging, shipping, handling and administrative services will be billed for orders below the minimum shipping charge.
Returns (standard products)
To return a product, you must obtain a return authorization number from a member of our team. Returns of marchandise are subject to a minimum of 25% handling and administrative fee and/or a 25$ fee per standard item returned.
All claims for damaged or missing products must be made within 10 working days of receipt of the order, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
Custom products
Custom-made products are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be returned. If an in-process order is cancelled, material and labor charges will be billed.
